Probably our most favorite part of our trip was visiting Jim of the Mills pub. It is open one day a week and is a secret treasure in County Tipperary. In 2015 it was named the best pub in Ireland. The pub only has one beer tap, live music and is the perfect ideal of an Irish pub. The trad session takes place in the fireplace room with fiddles, boxes, and bodhrans brought by the locals. The bar is run by Jim and his wife, and their 5 daughters. We were lucky to meet them all and experience this Irish culture..
